Damages and issues 

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Empire Plates takes great pride in the quality of our products. Should you have a problem we will be happy to refund you incase the item is received damaged or there is a mistake on the plate.

However, we do not accept refunds for normal conditioned deliveries as each plate is custom built which means we cannot re-sell or re-use the plate. Thanks for understanding.
